First, the introduction of EU PAHS certification
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) refer to a class of organic compounds having two or more benzene rings. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are hydrocarbons containing two or more benzene rings in the molecule, including more than 150 kinds of compounds such as naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene and anthracene. The full name is also known as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Among them, 15 species are polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Since benzoazepine is the first environmental chemical carcinogen discovered and is highly carcinogenic, benzo(a)pyrene is often used as a representative of polycyclic aromatics, which accounts for all carcinogenicity. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons 1%-20%.
Second, the importance of EU PAHS certification
According to the decision of the German Technical Equipment and Consumer Products Commission (ATAV), for products that are GS-certified after April 1, 2008, 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) of interest to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) must be tested to ensure compliance. Requirements, and for products that have been certified before April 1, 2008, the risk analysis for PAHS must be carried out within 1 year. If the products that do not meet the relevant requirements of PAH will be revoked.
Third, battery PAHS certification test project
The main eighteen compounds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are: naphthalene, terpenes, anthracene, anthracene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, anthracene, benzo (a) anthracene, fluorene, benzo (b) fluoranthene, benzene. And (k) fluoranthene, benzo(a)pyrene, anthracene (1,2,3-cd)芘, dibenzo(a,h)蒽 and benzo(g,h,i)苝,1- Methyl naphthalene, 2-methyl naphthalene.
The 16 similar substances commonly found in PAHs currently identified include:
1. Naphthalene naphthalene
2.Acenaphthylene terpene
3.Acenaphthene 苊
4.Fluorene 芴
5.Phenanthrene Philippine
6.Anthracene 蒽
7.Fluoranthene fluoranthene
8.Pyrene 芘
9) Benzo(a)anthracene benzo(a)蒽
10.Chrysene Qu
11.Benzo(b)fluoranthene benzo(b)fluoranthene
12.Benzo(k)fluoranthene benzo(k)fluoranthene
13.Benzo (a) pyrene benzo (a) 芘
14.Indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene Benzene (1,2,3-cd)芘
15.Dibenzo(a,h)anthracene dibenzo(a,n)蒽
16.Benzo(g,hi)perylene benzo (ghi) north (perylene)
Fourth, battery PAHS certification process
1. Fill in the service application form;
2. Sign the contract and pay:
3. Send samples;
4. Sample testing;
5. Issue a report.
Five, battery PAHS testing certification standards
Service application form, BOM, sample.
Sixth, battery PAHS certificate validity period
It is valid for one year.
Seven, battery PAHS testing and certification body
ESTL has a global certification testing team focusing on battery products for many years, and has established a large-scale industry-leading testing base in South China (Dongguan). ESTL strictly implements quality control in accordance with the laboratory accreditation system specification ISO / IEC 17025. It can conduct battery PAHS testing and issue PAHS reports. The senior PAHS certification engineer team provides one-to-one service throughout the process, greatly improving certification efficiency and shortening. Cycle, battery PAHS test capability and service efficiency are second to none in the industry.
