UN38.3 certification

  At a temperature of 20 ± 5 ° C, a single cell is connected to a 12 V DC power source for forced discharge. This DC power supply provides the initial current for each cell to the maximum discharge current specified by the manufacturer.
    The specified discharge current is obtained by a load of suitable size and power connected in series on the test cell, and the forced discharge time (hours) of each cell is the rated capacity divided by the initial current (amperes).
    RESULTS: There should be no disintegration and no fire during the test and within 7 days after the test.

UL certification

  This test is suitable for applications with multi-cell combination applications, such as battery packs.
    A fully discharged cell is forced to be connected in series with a new cell, the number of new cells in series = the maximum number of series applications - 1. 5 cells are tested after being fully discharged at room temperature.
    When the fully discharged cells are connected in series with a specific number of new cells, the formed battery pack is subjected to a short circuit test.
    The positive and negative terminals are connected to Cu with a resistance of less than 0.1 Ω, and the battery is discharged until it catches fire or explodes, or the test is terminated until the temperature of the battery case falls back to near room temperature.
    Result: No fire, no explosion.

CQC Certification

  After the battery was discharged according to the discharge procedure specified by the manufacturer, it was reversely charged with 1CA current for 90 min.
    Result: No fire, no explosion.

CBC ertification

  After the battery was discharged according to the discharge procedure specified by the manufacturer, it was reversely charged with 1CA current for 90 min.
    Result: No fire, no explosion.
