Temperature and humidity cycle test requirements

UN38.3 certification

  The battery storage conditions are as follows:
One temperature cycle is 72±2°C (6h) — -40±2°C (6h) The maximum temperature conversion interval is 30min. Repeat 10 cycles. After the end of the cycle, the battery is left at 20±5°C for 24 hours. The open circuit voltage after the test shall not be lower than 90% of the open circuit voltage before the test. This requirement does not apply to the fully discharged battery and battery. Results: no leakage, no exhaust, no disintegration, no cracking and no fire

UL certification

  The battery is placed in the test chamber and subjected to the following cycles:
       a) Warm up to 70 ± 3 ° C in 30 min, keep warm for 4 h.
       b) Cool down to 20±3°C within 30min and keep warm for 2h.
       c) Cool down to -40 ± 3 ° C within 30 min, keep warm for 4 h.
       d) Cool down to 20 ± 3 ° C within 30 min.
       e) Repeat the above cycle 9 times.
       f) After 10 cycles, the battery was left for 7 days for inspection.
    Result: No fire, no explosion, no leakage.

CQC certification

  After the battery is fully charged according to the manufacturer's charging procedure, place the battery in a temperature-controlled cabinet at 20 °C ± 5 °C for testing.
       a) Place the sample in a test chamber at a temperature of 75 ± 2 ° C for 6 h.
       b) Cool down to -40 ± 2 ° C within 30 min, keep warm for 6 h.
       c) The temperature was raised to 75±2 ° C in 30 min and kept for 2 h.
       d) Repeat the above steps for a total of 10 cycles.
    Result: No fire, no explosion, no leakage.

CB认证

  The battery is placed in the test chamber and subjected to the following cycles:
       a) Warm up to 75 ± 2 ° C in 30 min, keep warm for 4 h.
       b) Cool down to 20±5°C within 30min and keep warm for 2h.
       c) Cool down to -20 ± 2 ° C within 30 min, keep warm for 4 h.
       d) The temperature was raised to 20 ± 5 ° C in 30 min and kept for 2 h.
       e) Repeat the above steps for 4 cycles.
      f) After the above 5 cycles, the battery is placed for 24 hours and is to be inspected.
   Result: No fire, no explosion, no leakage.
