■Introduction to CMA
CMA is an abbreviation of China Metrology Accredidation. The testing organization that has obtained the measurement certification certificate may use this mark on the test (test, test) certificate and report according to the items listed in the certificate.
■CMA properties:
Measurement certification is based on the "Measures Law of the People's Republic of China". Article 22 of the Law stipulates that "the product quality inspection agency that provides fair data for the society must pass the metrological administrative department of the people's government at or above the provincial level to pass the assessment and test of its ability and reliability." Articles 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 of the Regulations of the Law further stipulate that the measurement certification is a mandatory examination of the legal system of the testing institution, and the authority of the government regulates the testing institution. Type recognition is given by formal recognition.
Since this assessment is called "measurement certification" in the "Implementation Rules of the Measurement Law of the People's Republic of China", the name of "measurement certification" has been extended to this day.
■Certification level:
According to the "Measures Law of the People's Republic of China", in order to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the test data, all quality inspection agencies that issue notarized test reports to the society must obtain the qualification of "measurement certification", otherwise it is illegal. The measurement certification is divided into two levels: “national level” and “provincial level”, which are applicable to national quality supervision and inspection centers and provincial quality supervision and inspection centers.
The “Measuring Certification Qualification” shall be supervised and managed by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine or the provincial technical supervision department at the national and provincial levels. The qualification of measurement certification is different from the qualification of laboratory accreditation. It actually originates from government authorization and only applies to national and provincial quality supervision and inspection agencies under government and industrial sectors. Certificate number: (2004) The quantity (national) word (H2402), the scope of approval is the same as the scope of CNAS approval.
