- Certification Standard: GB 31241.
- Special Note: Excludes lithium-ion batteries and battery packs for e-cigarettes.
3. Lithium-Ion Batteries for Electric Bicycles (Category 1121)
	- Includes: Single cells (basic units converting chemical energy to electrical energy) and battery packs (assemblies of one or more cells with casings, terminals, and protection devices). Covers lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese oxide, ternary lithium, and solid-state (semi-solid) lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles.
