Transition Period: Announcement release date ~ March 31, 2027 Applicants may voluntarily adopt either the old 2025 version or new 2026 implementation rules for new CCC applications during this window.
Mandatory Effective Date: April 1, 2027 ① All new CCC applications must strictly adopt the revised rules and full set of new standards; the old rules will be completely invalidated. ② Existing legacy CCC certificates for complete power banks and their dedicated supporting batteries must finish supplementary testing and certificate migration before this deadline; overdue certificates will be automatically revoked. ③ Digital device matched batteries (0915): No centralized mandatory migration required; natural transition will be implemented upon certificate renewal or product design revision.
