I. Analysis of Deformed Certification Mark Usage

For lithium-ion batteries restricted by volume or manufacturing processes, printing, molding, or laser marking of deformed certification marks is permitted. The mark refers to the English abbreviation "CCC" of "China Compulsory Certification", with a font size adapted to the battery’s dimensions.

1. Valid Business License: The business scope of the manufacturer’s business license must explicitly include the production and sales of lithium-ion batteries.
2. Entrustment Agreement (if applicable): If the entrusting party (applicant) is different from the manufacturing party (production enterprise), a signed entrustment agreement between both parties must be provided.
3. Production Site Proof: This applies mainly to manufacturing enterprises applying for CCC certification for the first time. Documents such as factory rental contracts or property ownership certificates must be provided to confirm the production site.

(II) Submission of Product Technical Data

1. Battery Pack Specification Sheet: Clearly present parameters such as battery model, rated capacity, nominal voltage, and charge/discharge cut-off voltage. It should also include circuit schematics, PCB Layout diagrams, and key parameters of the protection circuit (e.g., overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent protection values).
2. Battery Cell Specification Sheet: Contain information such as cell model, capacity, and voltage, along with the cell structure diagram.
3. List of Key Components: Must comply with the requirements for key components and materials specified in Annex 3.

(III) Samples and Testing Materials

The final samples submitted for testing must be representative of all models in the applied series and meet the quantity and requirements for testing.

Lithium-ion battery CCC certification is a rigorous and systematic process involving marks, sampling, documentation, and other aspects.
