高空低压模拟测试实验室

The battery high-altitude and low-voltage simulation test machine is designed for UL, EN, IEC and other standard test requirements. It can reach the low-pressure storage state of the sample in a short time, and can automatically control the test cycle. The whole process monitors the pressure change in the tank to realize the automatic termination of the test.

Battery low-voltage high-altitude simulation test machine simulates battery and battery pack under the condition of pressure equal to or lower than 11.6kPa and ambient temperature of (20±5) °C for 6 hours. Battery low-voltage high-altitude simulation test machine if the battery has no leakage, no exhaust There was no disintegration, no cracking and no ignition, and the open circuit voltage of each experimental battery or battery pack after the test was not less than 90% of the voltage before the simulation experiment, which was acceptable.
