Certified enterprises shall apply for CCC marks from the designated certification body that issued the certificate by presenting valid mandatory product certification certificates, certified product output certificates, and other relevant materials. The applied marks may only be affixed to the certified products corresponding to the certificate.

Note: The mark size refers to the length of the major axis of the elliptical outline of the CCC mark.
When using printed/molded CCC marks, certified enterprises shall design and produce the CCC marks in combination with the specific conditions of the products, that is, affix a traceability QR code of the same height on the right side of the CCC mark pattern. The QR code shall be inseparable from the CCC mark pattern. The mark pattern and QR code shall be clear, complete, and independent; the QR code shall be effectively identifiable and scannable, and may only be affixed to the corresponding certified products.
The marking method and management requirements of the CCC mark shall be implemented in accordance with the Administrative Requirements for Mandatory Product Certification Marks.
